Yesterday I had the privilege to be one of the few to attend the launch of a new cookbook called:

COME IN, WE’RE CLOSED: Staff Meals at the World’s Best Restaurants.

Yesterday Chef Anita Lo, (or as I refer to her: the Meryl Streep of the culinary world), cooked one of her recipes from the book for @20 people.  I was not only lucky enough to indulge in that deliciousness but I was the only person permitted to sneak into her kitchen, with my iPhone, (which I clearly don’t know how to use), and was able to get a quick interview while she cooked.
