The Presidential inaugural Luncheon served the following:
*1st Course: Steamed lobster with New England clam chowder sauce.
*2nd Course: Hickory smoked bison with red potato horseradish cake and wild
*3rd Course: Hudson Valley apple pie with sour cream ice cream, aged cheese and honey.
*200 guests were served.
*The entire luncheon, from beginning to end, was served in 45 MINUTES….yep, that’s it. It had to be 45 minutes so the parade could start on time.
*The entire meal, including wine pairings, clocked in at 3027 calories.
