If you have an allergy, even if you don’t see the allergen mentioned on the menu, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, tell your server. Just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not in the kitchen and being used in some capacity.
Restaurant professionals take food allergies very seriously; but ultimately YOU are responsible for your own wellbeing. If you don’t communicate your allergies, and you have a reaction: THAT’S ON YOU!
PLEASE COMMUNICATE ALLERGIES NO MATTER WHAT!
