Here’s a question: when you go to a restaurant, and they serve you that fabulous bread with butter, if the butter is not room temperature and still hard as a rock and therefore difficult to spread, how do you feel about that?
Should the butter be tempered? If it’s not, is it an indication that the restaurant is not as good as thought? Is it the little details that make you question a restaurants rating? Does it make you think that the restaurant doesn’t have their S**T together?
What are your thoughts?
Thanks for reading.
