Gift Certificates and Tipping

Hi Everyone.

So, this is one of those things that people are always on the fence about; so let me break it down for you:

*You are to tip 15% – 20%, minimum, on EVERYTHING on the check.  If you ordered it, if you consumed it, you tip on it.

*Just because you have a Gift Certificate, that doesn’t mean that you get a discount.  Example:  If your bill is $200 and you have a $100 gift certificate, that means you are paying $100; HOWEVER, you ordered and consumed $200 worth of goodies, so you are to tip on the $200.  Make sense?

Don’t be cheap.  As Spike Lee said: “Do The Right Thing”.

Thanks for reading.
